Orange Cheese Peaked At Doritos

"Orange with Rare Cheese Flavor" juice is proof of the above theory. What were the good people at Tropicana Japan thinking? Drinkable cheese sounds three parts disgusting and one part inherently good. Not enough to rummage up many sales.

Nerd Gate!

The whole concept of "a balanced breakfast" was thrown out the window with this one. This cereal based on a candy paved the way for Resse's Peanut Butter Puffs and Snickers Oat Crunch. Okay, I make the second one myself but Nerds Cereal still paved the way for it.

Someone Get Me A Glass Of Milk And A Cup Of Tea

The "Oreo Scone" makes me want to cry, and eat, and sleep, and brush, and floss, and repeat.

"Dick Riding For The Future"

Clooney can bust a move! This newest and final season of "The Boondocks" provided me with content to break my slump. Did somebody say blog-post avalanche?

Suck It Origami!

Design duo Zim and Zou hand-crafted this Gameboy and Tetris screenshot out of construction paper. A brilliant homage to the original they meticulously reproduce every single detail. I have a hankering for a 12 hour Tetris marathon after seeing this.

Uncanny Resemblance

Bacon's Heyday

First I posted Baconnaise, the bacon flavoured mayonaise, then Bacon Lip Balm. Now I bring to you "Bakon". The "superior quality potato vodka with a savoury bacon flavour" is the newest in a long line of bacon-enhanced products. How did bacon become such an overnight hit? In the past he was just eggs' side-kick, at best equal. Now he has become foods' everyman. Topping over priced gourmet dishes or providing breakfast at a homeless shelter. Bacon is everywhere. Loved by hipsters and hiphoppers alike. As the world becomes more bacon-friendly, I like to believe everyone gets a bit closer. Now someone whip me up a Bakon and orange juice!

Like Kissing A Greasy Pan

The title and picture really say it all.

Thug Life Meets Pottery Barn

Last week the crew from The Hundreds went and visited Everlast's, of House Of Pain fame, residence in L.A. They uncovered the most gangster end table out there. See Everlast's friend DJ Lethal used to own Tupac's old house and found this slab of cement in the backyard. When he moved out he didnt want the new owner to get this gem and instead opted to have it immortalized in furniture form. Makaveli will rise again...in a recliner!

Wow...Just Wow

As if T-Pain wasn't animated enough. Cartoon Network/Adult Swim have given T-Pain his own animated special that commemorates Freaknik, the now defunct Spring Break celebration for American black colleges and universities in Atlanta. With Lil Wayne as black Jesus and Cee-Lo as a fat white guy this cartoon could be nothing but gold. As if T-Pain needs any more of that.

A Fat Kid Resides Within Me

Two after-bar classics collide to collectively clog Canadian hearts everywhere. The Canadian Calzone is stuffed with Poutine (fries, cheese curd and brown gravy) and deep fried to perfection. To quote Ella Fitzgerald "who could ask for anything more?"

Better Than A Ken Griffey Rookie Card

Using "augmented reality", a new technology that boggles my mind, Topps have given trading card collectors a whole new reason to live. Sad really. When the cards are placed infront of a webcam they reveal a 3D athlete ready to play mini games using the computers keyboard. These games include throwing a baseball at targets to catching passes on the football field. Check out some footage bellow.

That Last Post...

...Inspired This.

R.I.P. Radio Raheem

Forrest Blaster

While most may think that a big, clunky, metal ghetto blaster is the epitome of coolness, I beg to differ. Designer Singgih Kartono's Magno Wooden Radios are beyond cool. Slightly treading into lameness. Made of sustainably grown wood yet adaptable with i-Pod's and other mp3 devices the Magno aims to please all markets. Eco-friends to music buffs. The only question is, does anyone use a radio anymore?

DCHE BAG

Now pretentious, eco-conscious douche bags have another way of bragging beyond their well-worn tag line "I do my part. I drive a Prius." Ontario, the province in which I reside, has decided to issue special license plates to those driving "sustainable cars". The plate will allow the cars driver to use carpool lanes and have access to priority parking spots at select locations. That's right Ministry of Transportation Ontario put another log on the smug fire. It will soon engulf us all.

Camera Has A New Perspective

Erin Fong, a California College of The Arts student has come up with this concept of the Nova DSLR. Making the camera's structure secondary to it's lens increases shooting angles and makes it look like something out of The Jetsons. Great Christmas present for your boy Elroy!
