Innovative Indian

For all the thousands of restaurants that have walls plastered with meaningless signs, pop culture icons, and animal heads there are the few who swim against the current. Working with design firm outline, Bangalore Express has created a restaurant that resembles a neo version of the Swiss Family Robinson's tree mansion. Featuring a section of two-tier booth seating and furniture made of fastclamp, usually used in scaffolding, the aesthetic alone brings in hundreds of customers in daily. Located in London, England Bangalore Express offers "Freshly prepared, clean, fragrant cooking that is wholesome, nutritious and above all tasty. An easy to understand, approachable, menu. " Next time your across the pond grab some dosas and tandoori while checking out the intricate design work.
